Mrs. Frederick is admitted to practice before all federal district courts in Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of International Trade, and all state courts in Alabama.  Mrs. Frederick is a member of the Alabama and Huntsville-Madison County Bar Associations.  

Mrs. Frederick has litigated all types of employment-related cases in both state and federal courts, litigated commercial, real estate, automobile, and construction law cases and arbitrated cases before the American Arbitration Association.  Mrs. Frederick has developed all types of personnel policies and procedures, created and updated employee handbooks for various businesses, advises clients on complex labor and employment law issues and has conducted training for clients' managers and supervisors and human resources groups regarding topics ranging from FMLA, FLSA, OSHA and HIPAA regulations to document retention, I-9 compliance, and avoiding employment litigation. 

Mrs. Frederick is on the Executive Committee of the Alabama State Bar’s Labor & Employment Section and has been a frequent speaker and contributing author for many Labor & Employment seminars and publications, including such topics as Liability for Employing Illegal Aliens, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA, Title VII, and OSHA, to name a few.
